Salmon Lovelies

Salmon Lovelies
serves a party

4 oz. smoked salmon, sliced
4 Tbsp Creme Fraiche
several sprigs fresh Chives
1 whole Baguette, sliced diagonally into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices

Assembly Instructions
Take 5-10 of the chive sprigs and chop them finely.  Add to the Creme Fraiche and  mix.  Then top each baguette slice with a small dollop of creme fraiche mixture, 1 chive sprig folded, and a small piece of smoked salmon.

The End.

Good for a lovely, classy brunch or tea party.

Also good for Olympics athletes in training who might happen to stop by for a snack.
